Pink and white Adenium

Beautiful pink and white Adenium, commonly known as the Desert Rose. It has a vibrant, ruffled flower with a deep pink and white pattern, surrounded by lush green leaves. The plant is potted and appears to be in a nursery setting with other similar plants in the background.

Adenium is a drought-tolerant plant, popular for its striking flowers and thick, succulent-like stem. It thrives in warm climates with well-draining soil and plenty of sunlight. 

Adenium (Desert Rose) is a low-maintenance plant but requires proper care to thrive. Here are some key tips:

1. Light

Needs full sunlight (at least 6 hours per day).

Indoors, place near a bright window or use grow lights.

2. Watering

Moderate watering; let the soil dry out between waterings.

Reduce watering in winter when the plant is dormant.

Overwatering can cause root rot.

3. Soil

Use well-draining soil, preferably a cactus/succulent mix.

You can mix sand, perlite, and potting soil for better drainage.

4. Pot and Drainage

Use a pot with drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

Clay or terracotta pots are best for airflow and moisture control.

5. Temperature & Humidity

Thrives in warm temperatures (20–35°C or 68–95°F).

Protect from cold; bring indoors if temperatures drop below 10°C (50°F).

6. Fertilizing

During the growing season (spring/summer), feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer (10-10-10 or 20-20-20) every 2-4 weeks.
